Have Courage ...
“Have courage for the great sorrows of life and patience for the small ones; and when you have laboriously accomplished your daily task, go to sleep in peace. God is awake.” ― Victor Hugo
Patience is defined as "quiet, steady perseverance." We begin each day not knowing what is ahead and begin it in trust and perseverance because our faith is strong. Every day we are given the opportunity to practice Patience. It could be sitting in traffic or waiting in line at the grocery store. Take this time and use it in prayer giving thanks for all you do have. Be grateful and let God know it.
This newly practiced patience will aide your growth spiritually and emotionally. It is these times of quiet calm that we can see the good that fills our lives. Other people see and feel our calm presence. The calm we have will pass on to them.
Patience is your gift to share every day.
"Rejoice in hope, be patient." Romans 12:12
