Don't let yourself feel worthless...
Don't let yourself feel worthless: often through life you will really be at your worst when you seem to think best of yourself; and don't worry about losing your "personality," as you persist in calling it: at fifteen you had the radiance of early morning, at twenty you will begin to have the melancholy brilliance of the moon, and when you are my age you will give out, as I do, the genial golden warmth of 4 p.m.” ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, This Side of Paradise
Well I have been up for an hour and a half and not really accomplished much. I weeded through my mail box which was stuffed full. I visited the Grand Canyon with one friend and her husband, I traveled to PA with another friend; I saw owls my little brother photographed in his backyard and I visited with friends in Argentina, Denmark and Hong Kong and I think I could climb back in bed and sleep again now!
It is amazing how much the internet fills our lives at times. I love it and hate it... too much time is spent in front of this screen. Terry and I are heading out to do two miles. It is in the fifties here, VERY unusual so we want to take advantage of it. God give these special gifts to us to keep us going...have you noticed lately? We have had two things, a tiny bit more rain and cooler weather.
Believe in miracles and gifts. They are all around you, just open your eyes, believe and give thanks!
