The Lone Wolf . . .
“When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives.” George R. R. Martin "A Game of Thrones"
This photo does not do this painting justice... it was deep and wild at the same time. It sold immediately, but my mind perhaps remembers a different emotion to the piece looking at this saved photo.
You know it is true in life... you cannot make it alone. God has to be apart of any success with living alone. The other part is knowing and mixing with like minded people in your beliefs and your faith. When you have friends like this, they keep you at your true north in direction. You in turn provide the same loving feedback and nurturing they give you. God loves to see us building our lives together and relying on other believers to shore us up in unsteady times.
"The wolf and the lamb will feed together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox, and dust will be the serpent's food. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain," says the LORD." Isaiah 65:25
