The midnight of our souls...
“No matter our talent, we all know in the midnight of our souls that 90 percent of what we do is less than our best.” ― Robert McKee
Every so often, we fall short of our highest and best selves. We have to believe in our heart that God will forgive us because we literally do not realize what we are doing. We have to accept that at times we will not be the best we can be, but at the same time, know that we have the ability to accept God's gifts of wisdom and understanding and if we fail, it might be right here that it begins.
We each are responsible for our actions. We have to be aware and to take responsibility for we have done or in some cases for things we have not done that we should have done. From here we must pick it up and make it right... right with God and then right with the world.
"First be reconciled to your brother or sister, and then come and offer your gift. " Matthew 5:24
